Welcome to Project 6 Pack

Project 6 pack was set up by 2 personal trainers to help a small group of ladies improve their health and fitness. After running a couple of very successful 6 week courses, word spread and Project 6 pack grew.

Almost 2 years on we have helped hundreds of ladies achieve their goals, helping them to loose weight, educating them on diet and nutrition, providing a fun and supportive place to train.

 

Now open to both ladies and gentlemen. We run courses approximately every 6 weeks including;
